INSTALLATION

1. Navigate to your Worlds install directory.
a. You can find this by right-clicking the Worlds shortcut and clicking "Open File Location".
b. If you are using an older version of Windows, open the properties and click "Find Target".
2. Unzip the mod ZIP file you downloaded in a separate location.
3. Drag and drop the emotes folder from the mod folder into your Worlds install directory.
a. You don't have to do this if you are on 1890, as colored chat and emote support is disabled.

IF YOU ARE ON VERSIONS 1890-1904:
4. Backup the existing gammacls.zip file found in the lib directory.
a. This is to ensure if anything goes wrong, you can restore Worlds back to its original functionality.
5. Install the mod. Choose either method.
a. Place the gammacls.zip provided by the mod into the lib directory.
b. Extract gammacls.zip into your Worlds Install directory.

IF YOU ARE ON VERSIONS 1907 AND UP:
4. Enable "Show File Extensions" in your Windows Explorer if you haven't already.
a. Usually found under Tools > Folder Options.
5. Backup the existing worlds.jar file found in the lib directory.
6. Place the gammacls.zip provided by the mod into your lib directory.
7. Rename gammacls.zip to worlds.jar. Continue if it prompts you about changing the extension.

BUGS & ISSUES

Bugs will happen, and Worlds has already been buggy on it's own! If you are experiencing a bug, please explain your issue in detail so I may look into it. You may also suggest a bug from the vanilla WorldsPlayer to be fixed.

Do NOT share your Gamma.Log without checking over it. You may expose:

• Your login credentials
  
• Your file path (and consequently your name)
  
• Your IP
  

Make sure to clear your log file of ANY DETAIL that may be revealing before sharing it.

When you report an issue, please make sure you are on the latest version of the mod. You can check this by going to "Help" > "About WorldsPlayer..." and comparing the version that displays after the Omega symbol with the latest listed in this post. If you do not see an Omega symbol, you aren't using the Omega mod or your fonts are messed up.

Hi Wirla! I enjoy this mod a lot! I updated to the 0003 version, but I am still not able to see the emotes! I dragged the folder into the file directory like the README.txt suggests, so I am not sure if I am doing something incorrectly. I have confirmed the mod is working under About WorldsPlayer, and love all the other features but miss the emotes :( I apologize if this is not the correct place to report this, I am still new to this forum. But again, thank you for making this mod, it is lovely!

You aren't doing it incorrectly, they just keep breaking. V4 will have it fixed (finally).

OMEGA FOUR has been released!

• Shifted "Change Avatar View" up the Options menu
  
• Fixed bug where Chat Logs refused to open if logging was disabled
  
• Removed broken VIP "Customize Avatar" menu
  
• The Shaper object panel now saves your icon state
  
• Mutes are overhauled and split into Mute and Hide
  
• Mutes now "mute" the user, instead of hide them completely
  
• Hide is for hiding users, without muting them
  
• Both can be done at once through the context menu
  
• Emotes are fixed, and can now be themed
  
• The Shaper Transform dialog got a major overhaul
  
• You can now change your avatar to an RWX with Console properties
  
• You can disable RWX avatars with the INI option `AllowRWXAvatars=0`
  
• Completely removed limits on Friends and Mutes

Certain language files doesn't seem to work properly - Russian, Japanese, and German. Russian and German doesn't change anything aside for language titles in language selection menu, and Japanese is appearing as squares despite asian fonts installed and does not allow to sign in, showing this error.

This is Worlds fault. The menu was only accessible for internal clients but because I've been messing with things reserved for internal, I disabled the check. These are good for experimentation but I would not rely on them. Good to know about the broken languages, you can contact the people behind the upgrade server you use and see if they are up to fixing the localization.

I imagine the Japanese one is trying to parse your username as japanese too since Japanese clients did exist.
