Anyone else on
RetroAchievements? It's a site where you use emulators (usually RetroArch cores, but more and more standalone emulators like Dolphin and PCSX2 have RA support now) to get fan-made achievements in various retro games, from the Fairchild Channel F all the way up to the GameCube now. There are so many sets on there, I've yet to find a person who even sorta likes games who doesn't have sets for a bunch of their favorites.
Here's my account. I was super into it when I found it in 2022 and then sorta fell off as other creative stuff took my priority. Been getting back into it now that work has me wiped and I don't have nearly as much time or energy to draw or do website stuff. Yesterday, I did one of my patented one-day masteries for
the Pole Position 2600 set. Took me about seven hours in total, on and off. Working on
Pole Position II for the Atari 7800 next, which is proving even trickier.
