I don't really know what tokens can be used for other than to give other users tokens. Also, how are the bronze, silver, and gold ranks unlocked? Are those only for specific members?

You unlock the different ranks by donating.

The "Ranks" are membership plans. Right now, it's by donation since we do not have a system set up. Tokens will have a bigger use soon, most of their functionality has yet to be implemented.
