I wanna share this today because Jordan passed away a week ago today.
This guy got me into metalcore / emo music over 10 years ago, and in the spirit of Worlio I want to preserve his legacy by making a post about him here to showcase his incredible talent as a singer and as a songwriter.
The last two years were rough on him, having lost his mother and a year later his fiance who was a few months pregnant.
He spent the last two months trying to recover from a battle against drugs that lasted all of his adult life, and the week previous to his passing he had decided to rent a room somewhere with help from fans who would colaborate by donating some money so he could make a 30 days detox alone. He used to stream at night via Instagram to interact with people and feel less alone. Once his phone broke, and before he could get a new one, he was announced dead by his family and ex band members.
Jordan passed away at 36 years old, alone and fighting against his demons.
RIP Jordan, you'll be missed.
