I have two (2) questions. I have gone to the "HELP" pull down and did not get a satisfactory answer.
Question 1: Explain exactly how one stakes a claim on a piece of property they want to build on?
Question 2: Looking for vacant property in Aratic Light. I saw land that did not have any contruction or buildings on it.
I clicked Options, then Worlds, but not sure what it was telling me?
How do I find vacant property in this area. I went to "The World Times" as suggested, but could find any listings of
vacancies.
