I've decided to open the User Library back up for now until the newest update comes out and replaces the system. A return or replacement of the User Library has been one of our most requested features, but it will be quite a while before we come out with our replacement.

Considering the amount of dust the system has collected, expect some bugs and issues to arise. I will not be fixing them unless they are a risk to the rest of the site. Upon the next updates release, any existing entries will be ported over to the new system, so you do not have to worry about having to do your entry all over again.

Handle your business! I like the Library. Errors are erros and I can live with them. I got 404 when trying to edit a library post and I couldn't figure how to provide multiple links for the world and zip both. Thank you for opening it back up.

To be completely honest: I have no clue how it is still working so you just being able to view an entry at all is a complete mystery to me.
