Yea.. noting new for Windoze 3.1x, but Win 95 users can get excited to have this new driver which is said to improve Full Duplex support. What that means to Worlds Chat, I dunno... Bout you can guess that the new dirvers may increase speed, and are now what delelopers are using.

These new drivers were released on October 1st. If you don't know whre to go, did you thin I would leave ya in the cold? Never!
